*Contracts/Negotiated Fees:

The City may enter into negotiated agreements, submit sealed bids, or
offer responses to requests for proposals for solid waste contracts with
other corporate, private or governmental entities for the acceptance of
any type of waste for which the City holds valid permit(s). The City
Manager is authorized to prepare and submit such bids and proposals and
to negotiate agreements for solid waste contracts.
